ContentDividend Collective Licensing Pools let approved publishers state which aggregated licensing uses they are willing to consider. Buyers can evaluate the size and shape of an opted-in supply pool without receiving content rights simply by discovering it.
Pool membership is not permission. E7 records participation preferences only. No single-pipe enterprise license exists until a later commercial deal is executed through the rights workflow.
