Give ContentDividend a publisher URL, domain, site ID, verified registry entry ID, or fingerprint. The Universal Rights Resolver returns the public publisher record and links to the Rights Passport, licensing manifest, provenance, URVP verification, AI Rights Map, content inventory and licensing path when available.

Resolver output is discovery, not permission. A public listing, registered-page match, Rights Passport, provenance record or resolver result does not grant a license. For ContentDividend-controlled access, an authorized decision must come from the current live exact-resource verification path for the authenticated buyer.
