1. Pool supply

E7 publishers explicitly opt into a pool and state allowed uses and exclusions.

2. Exact enterprise offer

E8 creates one defined package with use, term, territory, economics and transparent publisher allocations.

3. Publisher approval

Every included publisher reviews that specific deal. Pool membership does not approve it.

4. Verified payment

Buyer payment is required, but payment by itself still does not grant content rights.

5. Publisher activation

Each publisher separately turns on its exact authorized URL scope after execution.

6. Single-pipe access

The buyer can receive one ContentDividend access key spanning only activated publisher grants and currently deliverable ContentDNA entries.

Rights remain publisher-specific under the hood. The single pipe simplifies enterprise procurement and delivery; it does not erase which publisher owns which content or which exact resources each publisher authorized.
