The Publisher Rights Passport gives machines one place to discover a site's ContentDividend identity and the existing systems that govern licensing, verification, access control and enterprise availability.

Identity & registry

Publisher/site identity plus discovered and registered inventory counts from the existing registry.

Licensing & procurement

Marketplace state, licensing preferences, licensing manifest and inquiry path.

RSL / OLP

RSL publication, verified website association, asset catalog and publisher-controlled OLP advertisement.

URVP & signed receipts

Universal Rights Verification, Ed25519 receipt verification, public signing keys and open SDK discovery.

Access control

The current site access-policy signal plus the ContentDividend 402/403 response standard and Cloudflare bridge.

Collective & enterprise

Pool participation and enterprise discovery references remain visible without turning the passport into a license.

The passport is an index, not a rights database. It does not create rights, change publisher policy, transfer ownership, or override exact-resource authorization. Each linked system remains authoritative for its own state.
