Readiness methodology

Readiness summarizes whether public infrastructure signals are discoverable: registered inventory, Marketplace discovery, Rights Passport, adapter, RSL, website association, URVP, signed receipts, ContentDNA provenance, provenance ledger, Integration Hub and edge access control. It is not a legal opinion, content-quality ranking, ownership determination, or license.

Public-data boundary

F9 maps active approved public Marketplace publishers. It does not publish private registry records, private buyer data, credentials, protected article bodies or private agreements. Existing live exact-resource rights remain authoritative.
